Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

We can't wait for you to receive your new pieces!
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the United States. The shipment time and cost will vary depending on which shipping option the customer has selected at checkout. 

US SHIPPING:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the US. We will process and ship your order within 1-4 business days. Once your order is shipped, it can take between 2-4 business days to arrive. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders will be shipped via USPS + DHL (depending on customer's shipping selection) and shipping cost and time will be calculated at checkout. Please note: import taxes and duties vary and will not be covered by Emme Club. 

If your package is lost in transit, please email us (shopemmeclub@gmail.com) and we will do everything within our control to assist you. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping service to avoid any complications as we do not take responsibility for lost packages.

RETURNS:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your purchase. All returned jewelry must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

To process a return, please email us at: shopemmeclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return - we will be more than happy to help and provide further instructions. Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling back to us. Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund or exchange within 1-4 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is complete. Please note: it may take 5-10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statements.
